After graduating in Translation (English and French into Italian) at the Scuola Superiore per Interpreti e Traduttori (SSIT), Milan, Italy, I completed a period of training in terminology and translation at the Conseil International de la Langue Française in Paris, France.
In 1994, I started working full-time as an independent translator and copy-editor, from English and French into Italian, focusing more and more on English-language projects and specializing in the fields of information technology, medicine and pharmacology, nutrition, and marketing, working with a variety of international agencies and direct clients. Today, as a committed professional, I strive to keep abreast of new developments and to organize the knowledge gained by direct, day-to-day experience by attending Continous Professional Development workshops.
